Lando Education is my third entrepreneurial venture.

My first was Monsters and Monkeys; a parent networking, friend matchmaking and Airbnb idea for families. Funnily I came up with the idea the same year Airbnb was launched, without realising it existed. I had already been organising a free group of 30+ parents through Netmums. A new mum joined the group and decided she wanted the group for herself and so set about sabotaging everything I did. Additionally I wasn't sure how to scale it up and where to look for help with the technology side of the business idea. The posted, unopened business plan is still in my cupboard. Part of me wonders if I should try to find some likeminded parents who could help me redesign and create a 2018/2019 new business model version, to launch in the near future. 

My second was Suki and Me; selling artisan chocolates. I'm hoping to resurrect Suki and Me through my Lando website. I still have my edible ink printer and magnetic moulds. In 2012 I had my own stall at the Marylebone Summer Fayre. I also visited Liberty London buyers to talk about supplying my chocolates. That wasn't an enjoyable experience! They were only interested in Chocolatiers with links to, or had their own plantations. I remember sitting in Cavendish Square crying afterwards.
